Description
Project Echo is my personal RPG project currently under development in Godot Engine using GDScript.
The game features a deep 3v3 turn-based combat system where the player collects and strengthens creatures called Echos with runes and new abilities. Progression occurs across a map-based story mode, facing enemies and strategizing battles.
Key technical highlights:
- Complex turn-based battle system with abilities, status effects, and strategic depth.
- Modular architecture for Echos, abilities, and battle logic to allow scalability.
- Ongoing work includes menus, final graphics, sound implementation, and game balancing.
📌 Note: Current screenshots and video use placeholder sprites (including Pokémon-inspired placeholders) to prototype gameplay systems. Art will be finalized in future updates.
This project showcases my ability to design and implement a full game end-to-end, from core systems to gameplay logic, emphasizing technical depth and maintainable code structure.
