Development collaboration as UI/Gameplay Programmer, focusing on HUD, inventory and core interface systems for an upcoming Kickstarter title.

Description

Hearts of Geometry is a game currently in development by a large multidisciplinary team preparing for an upcoming Kickstarter campaign.
My role in the project is as a UI/Gameplay Programmer, implementing and prototyping gameplay interface systems in Unreal Engine 5 using Blueprints.

Key contributions include:

  • HUD systems to provide essential player feedback.
  • Inventory system for item management and interactions.
  • Dosimeter mechanic attached to the player character, designed to represent radiation exposure.

This collaboration showcases my ability to work within a team environment, adapting to design needs and iterating on gameplay systems while maintaining technical flexibility.

📌 The team is currently working on the official trailer in preparation for a future Kickstarter campaign.
